• $1,495/week plus cleaning fee for vacation rentals

• $75.00 cleaning fee and 10% Lake Association Fee
• Linen & Towel Package $75.00 -- $250 refundable damage deposit

Payment
Payment is due when you make your reservations. You may pay by personal check, wire transfer, PayPal (Master Card or Visa).

When we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation letter as well as Guest Information with directions to the cottage.

We suggest you send payment Priority Mail to ensure that your spot is reserved; unfortunately, we can not hold times open until we receive payment.

Cancellation Policy
We hope your trip is enjoyable but we recognize that sometimes unexpected events occur and plans change so we want you to know our cancellation policy.

When we receive your check we reserve those dates for you and turn away many other guests who were interested in those dates. For this reason, the deposit and payment are non-refundable; however, you can find a suitable substitute for yourself if you must cancel.

Travel Isurance
We strongly suggest to all guests that trip insurance be purchased to cover any unexpected events which come up to interrupt or cancel your trip.
